This Villa Style Bench is coated with a 1/8" to 1/4" thick Plastisol ultraviolet stabilized vinyl coating fused and baked to a 90 percent gloss. This modern park bench is made by rolling heavy duty 3/4" #9 expanded metal inside a cast aluminum frame. The frame is a one-piece cast aluminum design finished with a baked on polyester powder coat finish.

The high gloss finish is important, not only for good looks, but also in helping the ultraviolet stabilizers in the coating decrease fading over years of sunlight exposure. Table and bench under frames are made from heavy wall GALVANIZED STEEL TUBING. For added protection and good looks, the frames are coated with BAKED-ON POLYESTER POWDER COAT in addition to the galvanizing.

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, but is not responsible for unloading your items nor is he required to assist in bringing your items indoors. Have adequate help lined up for unloading your items. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing. If no comment is made on the delivery bill you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip.
