To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Commercial Picnic Tables, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Commercial Picnic Tables will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Commercial Picnic Tables. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Commercial Picnic Tables. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Commercial Picnic Tables Return Procedure will be breached and Commercial Picnic Tables will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Commercial Picnic Tables will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Commercial Picnic Tables charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Commercial Picnic Tables prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Items with Free Shipping:
Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If shipment is found to be damaged after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.

Commercial Picnic Tables warrants to the original purchaser, all Multi-Purpose Tables and Chairs to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years.

This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, rusting, acts of nature or ant other event beyond the control of Commercial Picnic Tables. This warranty does cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product.

All table warranties are limited to 350 lbs. of distributed weight over the entire table top surface. All chair warranties are limited to normal usage by persons weighing 200 lbs. or less.
