This Rolled Style Octagonal Picnic Table is made with Plastisol coated, 3/4" #9 gauge expanded metal and are rolled to a 3" radius edge. They have extra bracing of 1/2" X 1/4" steel flats, which are used for extra support. The plastisol is then baked to a 90% gloss finish to maintain long life, fade resistance and durability.

The picnic table frame is a 2" heavy galvanized steel tubing that is galvanized inside and out. It is constructed so as to prohibit rain water from collecting at ground level, and it is coated with a baked on polyester powder coat finish.

The high gloss finish is important, not only for good looks, but also in helping the ultraviolet stabilizers in the coating decrease fading over years of sunlight exposure. Table and bench under frames are made from heavy wall GALVANIZED STEEL TUBING. For added protection and good looks, the frames are coated with BAKED-ON POLYESTER POWDER COAT in addition to the galvanizing.

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, but is not responsible for unloading your items nor is he required to assist in bringing your items indoors. Have adequate help lined up for unloading your items. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing. If no comment is made on the delivery bill you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip.

Commercial Picnic Tables offers a 5 year basic warranty on this product to the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. During this period Commercial Picnic Tables will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component.

This warranty does not apply to improperly installed, handled, abused, damaged by user error, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized repair companies. Under no circumstances will the buyer be entitled to consequential or incidental damages. This limited 5 year basic warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state where you live. Batteries and plastic housings are not covered by warranty.
