- How soon will my order be shipped?
Since all of our products are made to order, your order will ship in 3-4 weeks depending on the volume of orders we are receiving at the time your order is placed.
- What is the warranty on your Picnic Tables?
All of Commercial Picnic Tables's thermoplastic-coated products are backed with a 5-year warranty against corrosion on the seats and tops. Also, your commercial picnic tables are warrantied against any rust outs (rusting through the metal) for a period of 5 years. Surface rust or cosmetic paint deterioration is excluded.
- How many different Picnic Table styles do you offer?
Currently, we offer more than 30 different styles to fit your budget, use or commercial application needs. All commercial picnic tables are noted within our website.
- What is a non-tip, non-trip, walk-thru design?
The term non-tip refers to many of our commercial picnic tables' revolutionary J-Frame. The unique shape of these frames allows the tables to be almost completely proportional and therefore virtually impossible to tip over. Even if you were to sit your entire party on one side of the table with absolutely zero weight on the opposite side, this extraordinary table would remain upright! The non-trip, walk-thru design is an uncommon commodity as well. This term means there is ample room to walk between the table seat and table base without the fear of tripping that is often associated with other picnic tables.
- Do I have to put my picnic table(s) together once they arrive?
Yes, Commercial Picnic Tables ships all our products KD (knocked down) to cut down on shipping costs. All commercial grade picnic tables are very simple to put together and are packed with all necessary hardware and easy-to-read instructions. We have never received any complaints regarding a commercial picnic table installation.
- How do I pay for my order?
Commercial Picnic Tables accepts all major credit cards, personal checks (product does not ship until check clears), and company checks and purchase orders (based on approved credit line).
- Can I set up a Commercial Account?
Yes, Commercial Picnic Tables sells to the general public, but the majority of our accounts are contract commercial. Please
contact us, and we will be glad to email a credit application to your company. Simply fill out the application completely and fax it back to us at 334.558.0865.
